Baking equipment

Here is a list and of course pictures of all the things that I use to make my baking creations possible. 

The KitchenAid food processor! What does this handy piece of equipment specialize in? Making dough. I use it to make my pie and scone dough. 

 This is the Tovolo Pie Mold.

This is the same pie mold as above only its open so you can see what it does. It cuts both the top and the bottom of the pie. (it also cuts a hole for the steam! how amazing is that?!) So you put your bottom pie piece in the mold then you fill it then top it with the top of the pie and then press the mold together and it seals your pie!

The KitchenAid stand mixer! This thing is a life savor! It does everything. I mainly use it to make frostings and to whip egg whites.

This is the KitchenAid hand mixer with interchangeable tools. It comes with the whisk and the beaters.

And of course the Wilton cupcake pan! This is one of the best cupcake pans that I have ever used! The handles cool within minutes of taking it out of the oven!

Well these are just a few of the cupcake liners that are out there. And I have used a lot of them!

These are decorating tips. I have practically two of everything. Believe me having two of everything comes in handy. I have had a couple of tips go down the garbage disposal. 

This is the gumpaste rolling pin with rubber guides. This is a really nice rolling pin. The guides help you to roll out to 1/8 of an inch (purple) and a 1/16 of an inch (pink)

This is the best rolling pin that I have bought! It is a non stick rolling pin with detachable handles. The handles come off so you can wash it without water seeping into it.  

This is the fondant rolling pin. This is a very large rolling pin, the reason that it is so large is to accommodate large pieces of fondant without leaving indentations. For example if you were to use the rolling pin above (the yellow one) the sides of the rolling pin, where the handles connect would leave a line in the fondant; where this one doesn't. 

These are the guide rings for the fondant rolling pin. They are just like the one for the gumpaste rolling pin. Except I don't know the measurements for these ones. 

These are just a sample of the products that I use. If I were to post everything you would be here for days looking them.
